Personal Profile

Dr. Raj Karan Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the area of General Management at School of Business Studies (SBS),Sharda University. Prior to joining Sharda University, he worked as Assistant Professor with Galgotias Universityand Galgotias Business School, Greater Noida, Gautambuddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. He also worked as a Project Officer at Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad and was associated with an international project sponsored and funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, (SDC), External Foreign Ministry, Berne, Switzerland. He completed his Post Graduate Degree and Doctor of Philosophy (D.Phil.) Degree both in Commerce from University of Allahabad, Allahabad. He has about 13 ⁺ years of experience in Academics and Research. His teaching and research interest include Entrepreneurship and Family Business Management, Innovation & Technology Management , and Strategic Management. He has presented several papers of his interest at several national and international conferences organized by the institutions of repute including IIMs,IITs and other reputed institutions. He has also been trained on Innovation and Technology Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT-B) and has received training on Entrepreneurship from EDII through DST sponsored Programme. He has also organized successfully various National Conferences on Innovation & Technology Management and other areas of management. He has several papers to his credit published in the journals and conference proceedings. "
